The round values Zepto at $5.5 billion on a post-money basis, up from $3.6 billion in its previous round twelve months ago. The company has raised approximately $1.8 billion in total since its founding in 2021.

Zepto operates over 500 dark stores across 22 Indian cities and processes approximately 1.2 million orders per day. The company claims to be EBITDA-positive at the city level in its top 10 markets.
IPO Plans
The company is targeting a public market listing on Indian exchanges in early 2027. Investment bankers from Kotak and Morgan Stanley have been mandated for the IPO process.
